Refund Policy

At KlimGG, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with an item, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. The merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email or our website's support chat with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days
